Vivek Bindra Founder and CEO of Bada Business , a motivational speaker , social media influencer has been accused for domestic violence.
Vaibhav Kwatra, brother of wife Yanika, has filed an FIR against Vivek Bindra in Sector 126 of Noida. Police have registered a case against Vivek under various sections including 323, 504, 427 and 325.
During the early hours of December 7, Bindra and his mother Prabha got into a furious argument. According to authorities, what started out as a family argument took a disturbing turn when Yanika tried to intervene and was physically attacked by Bindra. Yanika’s body is said to have significant scars from the attack, as shown in a video that went viral on social media.

In the FIR lodged by Vaibhav Kwatra of Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad, he said that his sister Yanika was married to Vivek Bindra on November 6 at Lalit Managar Hotel.
Vivek currently lives in Supernova West Residency, Sector-94. A month after the marriage, on the night of December 7, around 2:30 to 3 o’clock, Vivek Bindra was arguing with his mother Prabha.
When newly married wife Yanika tried to intervene regarding this matter, Vivek locked her in the room.
Vivek beat Yanika badly while abusing her. Due to the assault, the woman has wounds all over her body. Can’t hear with my ears.
The woman also has a wound on her head due to hair pulling. Vivek was so angry that he even broke his wife’s mobile phone.
The injured woman continued treatment for several days in a private hospital in Delhi. The complainant says that his sister is completely broken physically and mentally. She is not talking to anyone after the incident.
It is only natural for someone who motivates others through words to come under scrutiny when they begin to engage in illegal or socially unacceptable behavior.
